How I'd run the program

Three phases, in order.

Phase 01 · Listen

Map the current state.

  • Shadow each cross-functional domain (Operations, Revenue Cycle, Clinical, Patient Experience, Finance, IT); document the real signal each produces.
  • Sit with 5–10 partner practices; capture where they feel friction, not where we think they do.
  • Inventory PMS, accounting, payroll systems across the partner network.
  • Establish the baseline: what is SALT actually able to measure across partners today?
Phase 02 · Frame

Design the innovation layer.

  • Define the semantic layer: one metric, one definition, governed across partners.
  • Prioritize the first three programs by partner impact and SALT leverage.
  • Stand up a lightweight governance cadence with IT, Finance, and Operations leadership.
  • Draft the measurement framework: how we'll know an innovation worked.
Phase 03 · Ship

Pilot, measure, scale.

  • Pilot Program 01 (Operator Analytics) with 2–3 willing partner practices. Validate the semantic layer in production before scoping Program 02.
  • Publish the first SALT Innovation scorecard to leadership and partners.
  • Package the playbook so Program 02 can be staffed and launched in quarter two.
